New Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila coach Vladislav Heric will take charge of the team for the first time this afternoon when they take on TS Galaxy at Kameelrivier Stadium.
The Serbian has been tasked with ensuring that the Limpopo side secure promotion to the Absa Premiership in their last 17 League matches.
It will not be an easy assignment for the former Polokwane City and Black Leopards mentor as TTM currently sit at 7thspot, 9 points behind log leaders Uthongathi FC.
The club’s CEO Sello Chokoe has confirmed that Heric has travelled with the team following his appointment on Thursday.
“Yes, he will be on the bench, we have sorted everything including his card,” said Chokoe.
This will be a catch-up match for The Rockets whose League program was disrupted due to their participating in the CAF Confederations Cup.
They are currently 13th with 13 points from their 12 matches. A win will see them jump above Free State Stars to 11thwhile a win for TTM will see them climb to 5th.
Uthongathi still lead the pack with 28 points, followed by Ajax Cape Town with 26, AmaTuks 3rd with 24 points while rookies JDR Stars are 4th with 23 points.
