Lekwa City FC owners have finally decided to sell the status of the club at R250 000.
This comes after the club’s board contemplated on selling the club due to difficulties finding a suitable training ground within their locality, as reported by FARPost a fortnight ago.
The Mpumalanga ABC Motsepe League side stated that they have tried all available options like Standerton correctional services but declined due to security measures, schools declined due to covid 19 related issues, and Sakhile stadium demanding huge maintenance cost due to damaged water systems.
Therefore, due to the above-mentioned realities, the board has succumbed to a decision put the status of the club on sale.
