ABC Motsepe League midweek wrap


The ABC Motsepe League midweek fixtures took place in three provinces with certain teams attempting to avoid dreaded relegation, while other clubs consolidated their top spots.

In Free State, Mangaung Unite soared past Central University of Free State 5-0 in a humdinger showpiece to close the gap at the top of the table. The side currently sit second in Stream A with 19 points, just a point behind log leaders Super Eagles.

Over to Gauteng Province, Highlands Park are moving so fast like an unstoppable train as they remain unbeaten in the league and flourishing on the summit of Stream B table with 17 points from seven outings.
