Bloemfontein Celtic came back from behind to hold relegation-threatened AmaZulu to a 2-2 draw in an Absa Premiership encounter at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Monday.
‘Usuthu’ found the back of the net early in the 6th minute through Lehlohonolo Majoro, who seem to have found his goal-scoring boots as he netted his second goal in two games.
However, in-form Celtic hitman Motebang Sera scored the equaliser for his side five minutes before the half-time break.
It was Sera’s third goal in two matches after the Lesotho International hit a brace against Kaizer Chiefs.
The KwaZulu-Natal outfit took the lead once again with Celtic defender Wandisile Letlabika putting the ball into his own net in the 63rd minute. But Ndumiso Mabena made it 2-2 seven minutes later with the two sides sharing the spoils.
AmaZulu, who are flirting with relegation moved up to the 15th spot on the league table, while Celtic are in 10th place with three matches remaining.
Meanwhile, at the Tuks Stadium, Bidvest Wits played out to a goalless draw against Maritzburg United.
