RSC Anderlecht have completed the signing of Isaac Tshibangu from TP Mazembe.
The 18-year-old winger has penned a three-year deal with the club with an option to renew for another year.
Tshibangu leaves the Congolese giants having helped them win the domestic title once since making his debut in 2019.
“TP Mazembe confirms the total agreement reached with RSC Anderlecht for the transfer of Isaac Tshibangu,” read a club statement.
“The Congolese international winger has signed a three-year contract with another year as an option with the Belgians.
“He arrived at the Crows as a young player with great potential but still unknown, at the time, in Ligue 1 (of DR Congo).”
Speaking to the club’s official website, president Moise Katumbi wished the attacker well on his new challenge.
“I wish him all the best as he opens a new page in his football career.
“Tshibangu is a humble, assiduous and impeccable striker to count on. May the Lord bless him as he takes TP Mazembe to higher heights.”
In the past two campaigns, Tshitenga has scored eight goals in 45 appearances for Mazembe and he will now shift his focus to helping Vincent Kompany’s side win the Belgian Pro League for the first time in years.
