Eswatini football fraternity is mourning the death of a football coach in a space of a few days.
This comes after Milling Hotspurs goalkeeper coach Sandile Ginindza passed away, a few days after the demise of Sihlangu Semnikati assistant coach Gcina ‘Magiyane’ Dlamini who passed away whilst being treated for an undisclosed illnesses.
Ginindza was last seen during the team’s training on Wednesday last week but complained that he was not feeling well.
He did not show up on Thursday and was confirmed dead on Saturday.
Hotspurs media officer Muzi Mlotsa says they could not comment about the death of the coach until they met with his family members.
“We will give more details about the death after meeting with his family. We will release a press statement concerning his death,” Mlotsa to Eswatini media.
“For now we have nothing much to say. All I can say is that we have received the sad news that our coach has passed on,” he said.
