Golden Arrows have enjoyed a good start to the 2020/21 DStv Premiership season under new head coach Mandla Ncikazi.
The KwaZulu Natal side is yet to taste defeat this season with two away 1-1 draws against Bloemfontein Celtic and Baroka‚ and a 3-1 home win over SuperSport United.
In their fourth league match, Abafana Bes’thende will host a struggling Kaizer Chiefs side this afternoon at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium (15:30).
Arrows are fifth on the log standings and will be hoping for a repeat performance of their last match in Clermont, an impressive victory over Matsatstantsa.

The attacking midfielder has been one of the standout performers for Abafana Bes’thende offensively with two goals to his name so far this season – making the Arrows attack tick.
One of Chiefs’ vulnerable points is their backline and Ndwandwe is more than capable of hurting Gavin Hunt’s men with his clever movements, passing and finishing abilities.
He will be eager to make a statement with a fine performance against the Soweto giants and help Arrows secure their second win of the season.
Makhubela has been in great form for Arrows so far in the 2020/21 season and he could combine well with Knox Mutizwa and Ndwandwe to cause problems for the shaky Chiefs defence.
The 26-year-old has netted two goals in three matches and will be looking to add to his tally as well as underline his growing stature with a statement performance and fire Arrows to a home win.

After a successful loan spell at Arrows from Orlando Pirates which saw him receive a call-up to Bafana Bafana following his consistent performances for the KZN side, Sitholo will be eager to prove that his 2019/20 season performance was not a fluke.
The 31-year-old utility player is a key figure for Arrows in the middle of the park and he is keen to continue with his outstanding performances in the new season.
He has featured in all the club’s three matches so far this season, calling the shots in midfield as well as protecting the Arrows’ backline.
