The dispute over Mduduzi Mdantsane’s move from Baroka to Cape Town City will be heard by the PSL’s Dispute Resolution Chamber on Tuesday.
Mdantsane says he received his clearance from Baroka when he was released (see below).
Baroka, however, deny they have released him.
The Limpopo club boss Khurishi Mphahlele told FARPost in an exclusive interview that he didn’t authorise Mdantsane’s move, though he is allegedly the one who signed the letter above.
The club also confirmed Mdantsane’s release on their official social media accounts.
Mdantsane is not allowed to play while the matter is pending.
This means that he will not make his debut when Cape Town City host Baroka at Cape Town Stadium on Sunday.
