Baroka to let go of their Prince

Baroka are set to offload striker Prince Nxumalo when the current season comes to an end.

Nxumalo joined Baroka in November last year on a short-term deal until the end of the season with the club open to giving him a long-term deal should he impress.

But news reaching FARPost is that the striker was demoted to train with the MultiChoice Diski Challenge prior to the national lockdown.

“Yes he was training with the MDC team for two weeks before we closed and chances of him returning to the senior team are zero. It seems like he had a fall out with the management and they don’t want him anymore,” a source told this publication.

When contacted for a comment, communications manager Richard Mashabane refused to comment and referred us to the club Chairman Khurishi Mphahlele who was also unavailable for a comment.

The 29-year-old played 9 matches for ‘Bakgaga’ in all competitions and scored two goals.
