Former Baroka head coach Dylan Kerr is on the verge of finding out whether his challenge of unfair dismissal against his former club is successful or not.
This as the battle between Kerr and his former employers will appear before the Premier Soccer League DRC on Tuesday morning.
The 54-year-old was fired by Baroka in November 2020 with two years remaining on his contract, for allegedly bringing the club into disrepute and insubordination.
He took the matter to the DRC citing unfair dismissal and demands full compensation for the two years which were left on his three-year deal.
After the first hearing was postponed in March 2021, the matter will now sit before the DRC, having started at 09:00.
