The COVID-19 pandemic is having a massive impact on our lives and our communities and, as we continue the lockdown in an effort to win the battle against the virus, we hope that you are keeping safe.
In solidarity with the communities that Betway operates in, the company has committed to contributing R2 million across a number of different charitable organisations to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic and its related challenges.
The donations will be used to support national food relief efforts and the delivery of vital supplies that may be needed by these organisations to continue to function normally while managing the impact of the outbreak.
“We would also like to take this time to mention that with restrictions on work and travel, many of us are spending more time at home. However, extra time shouldn’t mean extra spend. Please gamble responsibly and get in touch with our support centre if you have any concerns.
“This challenging period has given us as South Africans an opportunity to come together and make a difference,” said Betway in a statement.
