Boly and Haller receive maiden Ivory Coast call ups

West Ham United striker Sebastien Haller and Wolverhampton Wanderers centre back Willy Boly have both received their maiden national team call ups to represent Ivory Coast after recently declaring allegiance to the West African nation.
Both players were born in France to Ivorian parents and after years of not playing senior international football both players have now committed their international futures.

Boly has been a revelation for Wolves since joining them from FC Porto in 2017 while Haller came to the picture while playing for Dutch club FC Utrecht between 2015 and 2017.

Haller earned his move to the English Premier League after a dominant season with German side Eintracht Frankfurt. While playing in the German Bundesliga the 26-year-old striker won the German Cup and in the 2018/19 season he scored 15 goals in 29 appearances for Frankfurt.

In the English Premier League, the forward has not hit the ground running having scored only 8 league goals in 36 so far.
