CAF has announced that Japoma Stadium in Douala, Cameroon will host the 2019/20 CAF Champions League final on May 29.
Previously, the final was played over two legs, with each team hosting in their own backyard.
But now CAF have opted to stage it as a single event, at a neutral venue and Japoma Stadium has been picked this time.
It’s a 50 000-seater venue and whether it would be filled, remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, the Stade Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat, Morocco will host the 2019/2020 CAF Confederation Cup decider on May 24.
