Viborg and Silkeborg have been promoted to the Danish Superliga.
This is after third-placed Esbjerg lost 2-1 against Fredericia on Monday evening.
The two clubs replace AC Horsens and Lyngby Boldklub who have been relegated to the 1st Division for the upcoming season.
Viborg return to the top flight after four years. They were relegated to the second tier in the 2016/17 campaign. They sit at the summit of the table with 66 points from 28 games. Silkeborg are a point behind with 65 points from the same number of games.
South African defender Lorenzo Gordihno joined the Danish club last year and he has played six league games so far.
The 27-year-old has played a key role in recent games for the club and he will be eager to continue cementing his place in the starting line-up next season.
