Maritzburg United assistant coach Delron Buckley has acknowledged that it’s very difficult for them as coaches when they lose games, because it’s not pleasant.

The Team of Choice will lock horns with Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday at Harry Gwala Stadium. The kick-off is set for 20h15 in the evening.

“Historically, Sundowns usually find it tough against us so it could be the changing point for our season,” Buckley adds.

The Blue Army has now pinned hopes on their new mentor Ernest Middendorp. Maritzburg fans will be hoping that the German coach change their fortunes as they don’t want to suffer their sixth defeat in DStv Premiership.

The former Bafana Bafana player reckons that their sessions have been intensive and they are ready to turn the tables around.

“We playing against Sundowns, a really good team with individual qualities. Our sessions have been intensive and the morale of the players is good,” Buckley concluded.
