Bucs players to watch v Downs

Orlando Pirates will tackle Mamelodi Sundowns in what promises to be an exciting 2020/21 DStv Premiership match at Orlando Stadium on Sunday.

Kick off is at 15:00.

FARPost looks at Pirates players who might hurt Sundowns in today’s league game in Soweto.

Tshegofatso Mabasa

The striker has been an impact player for Pirates this season, rescuing his side a number of times with important equalisers.

He has scored three goals in nine league matches this season.

Paseka Mako

Mako gives the Buccaneers a different dimension as a full-back going forward. In defence, Mako has also been key – astute and a regular member of the starting XI.

Deon Hotto

The Namibia international has put in consistent performances throughout the season for Pirates and has played well down the left flank, right flank or down the middle – a position he occupied amid an injury crisis at the club.

Hotto has scored seven and assisted a further nine goals in 36 appearances across all competitions in the current campaign.
