Bucs players to watch v Downs

Orlando Stadium is a good hunting ground for Mamelodi Sundowns as they are yet to lose a game at the venue under Pitso Mosimane.

For the Buccaneers to beat Downs for the first time at Orlando in 8 league games, they will have to bring their A+ game.

FARPost picks three Pirates players who may cause trouble for Mosimane’s man.

Gabadinho Mhango

They say numbers don’t lie, the Malawian international is in red-hot form with 11 goals in 15 appearances in all competitions for Pirates this season. He has without a doubt proven himself to be a prolific goal scorer. Downs defenders will really have their work cut out dealing with the threat by Mhango.

Fortune Makaringe

The attacking midfielder has played 1282 minutes pulling off some good performances for the Soweto giants. Pirates will be looking at him to start the attack with his skill and pace,  create those goal scoring opportunities. Makaringe is good with the ball‚ and without the ball‚ always in the right areas anticipating play. A danger for Downs.

Luvuyo Memela

He might have not played a lot of games this season but with the arrival of the new coach in Josef Zinnbauer, Memela has come to life and might be the creative midfielder to hurt Downs this evening as he always bring his A game against the Brazilians.
