Bundesliga Wrap: Robert Lewandowski can’t stop scoring

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has found the back of the net 23 times in 22 league appearances this season for the defending champions.

Lewandowski who is the Bungesliga top scorer hit his 23rd goal for in the league in Bayern’s 4-1 victory over FC Köln (Cologne) 4-1 on Sunday afternoon at RheinEnergieStadion.

The Polish international hitman has 36 goals in 31 games in all competitions for Bayern this season.
Behind Lewandowski on the top goal scorers’ charts, is German striker Timo Werner of RB Leipzig with 20 goals followed by Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho with 13 goals.

Bayern are top of the log standings with 46 points following their win against FC Köln while RB Leipzig are only a point behind in second place after their comprehensive 3-0 victory over Werder Bremen on Saturday at Red Bull Arena.
