The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have signed an agreement that allows Zimbabwe national teams to play their Afcon qualifying games and other games in South Africa.

This comes after the football governing body banned Zimbabwe from hosting their home games in their country due to substandard stadiums.

Now Zimbabwe will play their Afcon 2021 qualifier against Algeria at Orlando Stadium on April 29, while the Zim U20 Ladies will tackle Ethiopia at Dobsonville Stadium on March 27.

ZIFA Official Xolisani Gwesela could neither deny nor confirm that the agreement was signed but says that FARPost should contact him again on Friday.
