Bizana Pondo Chiefs are continuing to capture experienced players to help them avoid relegation in the GladAfrica Championship.
The Eastern Cape club has confirmed the signing of Shaquille Abrahams and Deolin Mekoa until the end of the season.
The two wingers who come highly rated because of their experience have already started training with the team and will bring the much needed boost for the team.
In a statement the team management welcomed both players and wished them the best with the club. “We are happy to welcome both players, they arrive at the time when we are facing difficulties in the club. We are confident that they will fit seamlessly into our team and will help us with remaining matches of this season,” said Nkosinathi Mqokiyana, club chairman.
Both Abrahams and Mekoa have played in the PSL for Cape Town City and Maritzburg United respectively. They will provide options for club coach Clinton Larsen as he looks to save the team from the dreaded axe.
