Chiefs renew Moses Mabhida deal

eThekwini Municipality has confirmed that Kaizer Chiefs have agreed a new deal to continue playing some of their home matches at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Sunday Sun reports that Amakhosi are in the final leg of their three-year deal with the municipality, but have penned an extension.

Meanwhile, Bidvest Wits have also struck a deal with the municipality and will also play some of their home games at the 2010 Fifa World Cup venue.

Wits will face Mamelodi Sundowns on December 17 and Chiefs on April 24 at Moses Mabhida.
