DStv Premiership side Chippa United have announced a partnership extension with the Buffalo City Municipality (BCM) for another three years.
The Chilli Boys have been using East London as their second home since 2015.
As part of this partnership, BCM will also have their logo added in on the team jersey sleeve.
Club Chairman Siviwe Mpengesi expressed his excitement on the extension of the partnership.
“It is exciting for us to continue our working relationship with BCM, who will continue in being our second home for the next three seasons,” said Mpengesi.
“Our objective, as the pride of the Eastern Cape, is always driven towards enhancing the social and economy for the Province. Long term objectives with this partnership are based on improving the presence of the City,” he said.
BCM Municipal Manager, Andile Sihlahla added: “We are pleased to have renewed our working relations with this football brand. We thank the Club for committing their alternative home fixtures and some initiatives to our City for another three years.”
The first match will be a DSTV Premiership fixture against AmaZulu at Sisa Dukashe in Mdantsane on Sunday, 20 December.
