Black Leopards coach Alan Clark has urged players leaving the club to remain committed with the team in the remaining matches as they look to survive relegation.
FARPost has reported that Lesedi Kapinga is heading to Mamelodi Sundowns, while Joseph Mhlongo is finalising a pre-contract with Highlands Park.
“I must be honest with you even the players who are rumoured to have moved if you see the performances that they have put up here they are playing for the badge and they are putting the effort in otherwise they wouldn’t have been on the pitch,” Clark said after Leopards’s 1-0 defeat to Bidvest Wits on Tuesday night.
“They are Black Leopards players until the end of June and they have been giving their performance I don’t have problem with that.”
Clark added: “Hopefully they can leave Black Leopards in a good position in the league we shake hands and wish them well.
“We only want the best for our players but it is important that they stay focus for the remaining six matches plus other cup matches.
“From there where football and life takes us we enjoyed the journey with them and we wish them the best.”
