FARPost.co.za has been reliably informed that Alan Clark is likely to take over from Cavin Johnson as the interim coach of Black Leopards until the end of the season.

This follows the suspension of Johnson as head coach with immediate effect today.

Johnson, who was not at training today, was suspended due to results not forthcoming since taking over from Luc Eymael.

Club Chairman David Thidiela held an emergency meeting with the players and technical staff this afternoon at the club’s training base in Polokwane to inform them of the latest developments.

In the 5 matches that he was in charge, Johnson drew 1 and lost 4.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian striker Nicholas Gyan has also arrived at the club on trial.

His countryman, Koffi Yeboah (midfielder) is likely to join also on trial from tomorrow.
