CT City players to watch v Downs

Cape Town City are unbeaten this season and playing at home against Mamelodi Sundowns, they would fancy their chances of claiming maximum points.

A player like Mduduzi Mdantsane has done well for the Citizens in their games so far this campaign, but of course there are other players from this team who will also relish the opportunity to face the defending champions.

Tiyani wa ka Mabasa picks three players who are more than capable of causing a lot of problems for the visitors, with the match taking place at Cape Town Stadium tonight (19:30).

Mduduzi Mdantsane

He’s a man on form and appears to be enjoying his game at the moment. Left unchecked, he can cause a lot of problems especially since he’s capable of creating and scoring goals.

The left-footed attacker enjoys taking on his opponents and with this in mind, Sundowns have to pay extra attention to him.

Thabo Nodada

The same way Andile Jali is capable of dominating the midfield for Sundowns, Nodada is just as good. For the past few seasons, he’s been one of the players to watch and continues to impress.

Sundowns will face off against one of the quality midfielders in the League.

Bradley Ralani

He’s one tricky player.

Many will remember the chip he scored against Sundowns last season. What sets Ralani apart is his ability to take on opponents at all times.

He’s relentless in attack and that makes him a difficult player to track down.
