SA striker Percy Tau is inching closer to making his debut for his new Belgian club Anderlecht.
Last week, Tau completed a season loan from English Premier League side Brighton Hove and Albion as he looks to work towards acquiring a work permit that would allow him to play in the United Kingdom.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns talisman has been named in coach Franky Vercauteren’s match day squad for Anderlecht’s second game of the season at home against Sint-Truidense on Sunday evening.
Tau joined Anderlecht at the back of completing another loan at their rival club Club Brugge where he managed to score four goals and assist a further eight in 30 games in all competitions last season.
