Black Leopards have picked up a valuable point after fighting back to earn a draw against Kaizer Chiefs at Thohoyandou Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The visitors had taken the lead through Samir Nurkovic, who scored with a header, after a corner by Lebogang Manyama.
Mogakolodi Ngele stepped up to fire home the equaliser from a free kick, also in the first half, to make it 1-1 and that’s how the match finished.
It turned out to be a bitter-sweet moment for the Botswana international, who had to contend with a hamstring injury that saw him go off.
Chiefs are still very much in control in the Absa Premiership with 42 points.
Leopards, meanwhile, are still fighting for their lives at the bottom half of the table.
