Cardiff City U18 got back to action in England after a long winter break.

Ligendza started and scored the only goal of the match as the young Blue Birds started their 2021 with maximum points away from home.

KGAOGELO CHAUKE

Chauke returned to Southampton’s reserve side for the first time after spending the last two months with the senior squad.

The 18-year-old played 77 minutes, but could not help Southampton U23 avoid a 3-1 away defeat against West Ham United on Friday evening.

KEAGAN DOLLY

Dolly got his first start in the new year and played 63 minutes in Montpellier’s 2-1 defeat against RC Lens in Ligue 1.

THEMBI KGATLANA & NOKO MATLOU

Both South African internationals were named in SD Eibar’s starting XI as they traveled to the Spanish capital to take on Atletico Madrid.

Kgatlana opened the scoring for the visitors, but the Spanish giants scored two goals to overturn the deficit to 2-1 and walk away with maximum points.

This was Kgatlana’s seventh goal of the campaign.

LIAM JORDAN

HB Koge continued their preparations for the remainder of the 2020/21 season and Jordan played the second 45 minutes as they lost 2-0 against Brondby IF.

SIYANDA XULU

The former Maritzburg United captain played another 90 minutes for Hapoel Tel Aviv as they earned a valuable point against Kiryat Shmona.

KURT ABRAHAMS

Abrahams was introduced for the last 12 minutes of the game as they won 2-0 against Lierse in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.

MIHLALI MAYAMBELA

Mayambela got his much-awaited debut for Academica de Coimbra as they defeated rivals Academica de Viseu 2-1 in the Portuguese Segunda Liga.

Mayambela was introduced for the last seven minutes of the game as the club club continued their promotion campaign to the top tier.

ETHAN CHISLETT

Chislett came on for the last 31 minutes of the game as AFC Wimbledon lost 2-0 against MK Dons.
