SuperSport United midfielder Thabo Mnyamane has seen very little action in the past two seasons due to an ankle injury he picked up in the MTN 8 finals in 2018 against Cape Town City.
… at the same time, his contract is coming to an end in June this year.
The Sebokeng-born player has struggled to break into Kaitano Tembo’s side but now that he is back from injury things are looking good for him.
United media officer Brian Moshoeshoe told FARPost that the player has started training and soon he could make a return to the team.
“Nothing is going on – he is with us. He is training. He is coming back from injury yeah. He has trained for four sessions but he will be up for selection next week.
“But he is fine there is nothing wrong with him. He is with us 100%. He was just out with injury nothing else,” Moshoeshoe added.
Asked about his contract Moshoeshoe said the CEO of the team Stan Matthews would be the one in the right position to comment on that.
Matthews’s phone rang unanswered.
