The captain of the side, Ayew is one of the most experienced players in the squad. He made his international debut in 2007.
Ayew has 94 international caps and 19 goals to his name. He has played in several Africa Cup of Nations and helped Ghana reach the 2010 Fifa World Cup quarter-final stage.
After years playing for English Championship side Swansea City, the 31-year-old moved to Al Sadd in the United Arab Emirates where he is coached by Spanish legend Xavi Hernandez.
In the absence of Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, Wakaso will be the key figure in the midfield for the West Africans.
Wakaso has played in several countries across Europe including Spain, Scotland, Greece and Russia.
The 31-year-old has played 58 international games for Ghana and scored 12 goals. He has played in several Afcons and featured in the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.
This season, he has featured in 13 league games for Chinese Super League club Shenzhel FC.
Gyasi has been having a good career with Italian Serie A side Spezia where he has established himself as one of the key players in the team.
The winger only made his national team debut in March in a 1-1 draw against South Africa, but the coach has indicated that he is one of the best attackers in the team.
Gyasi has featured twice in the league this season and scored one goal.
Last season, he scored four goals and assisted six more strikes in 37 appearances for Spezia.
