Ghana national football team suffered a blow ahead of their matchday four of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifier against Sudan, as they will be without three key players.

The Black Stars are reportedly set to be without star players Andre Ayew, Thomas Partey, and goalkeeper Richard Ofori.

According to reports, Ayew picked up a knock, meanwhile, Partey suffered a minor sprain on his ankle during Asernal’s 3-0 defeat against Aston Villa on the 8th of November. However, the Ghanaian shot-stopper Ofori is suspended due to accumulation of yellow cards. Ghana will go head to head with Sudan without all its three captains.

Charles Akonnor’s side will play against Sudan tomorrow at Khartoum Stadium.

Ghana currently sit on top of the Group C log standings with nine points, a win from Khartoum seals their qualification to the Afcon 2021 in Cameroon.
