One of Ghana’s football stars has issued a come and get me plea to Kaizer Chiefs.
Speaking to Marawa Sports Worldwide on Thursday night, Salley Muntari, who’s a free agent, expressed his desire to play for the Glamour Boys.
“I’d love to come play in South Africa, Sundowns and Pirates are there but I love Chiefs and I’d like to play for them,” said Muntari.
“I have been watching the South African Football League and it is very good, it’s even better than some European leagues.”
Muntari last played for Spanish second division side Albacete and the 35-year-old has been training with Liberty FC in his home country to keep in shape.
He previously played in Italy and England, but whether Chiefs are keen or not remains to be seen.
