Hakimi would later make Metz pay deep into the referee’s added time, netting his second of the night in the 95th minute of added to ensure that Pochettino’s charges earned another victory and remained unbeaten in France’s top-flight.
They have now won all seven of their opening games and scored 20 goals in the process.
Up next for the Parisians is a home game against Montpellier at the Parc des Princes on Saturday evening.
Argentinian star Lionel Messi is still in search of his first PSG goal since joining the French giants from FC Barcelona.
