Amid reports that he would not return from his family responsibility leave in Serbia due to a break in relationship with his bosses at Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, Vladislav Heric has returned to continue with his task.
Heric jetted off the country after TTM’s GladAfrica Championship match against University of Pretoria on February 2 to take care of his ailing father.
Prior to his trip to Serbia, there had been talks within the TTM corridors that the 53-year-old was fed up with how the team was being run and also told FARPost that he would be making a decision on his future.
But it seems Heric has made a u-turn with the club confirming in a statement that the coach has returned for the last 8 matches of the season.
“TTM are gunning for promotion to the topflight and coach Heric is the right man to help us achieve our goal. Herrick’s contract runs until the end of the season with an option to renew,” read the statement.
“The management applauds assistant coach Lucky Nelukau and his technical team for their outstanding job in the absence of the head coach”.
TTM are currently 4th on the GladAfrica Championship Log on 35 points, 3 points below a promotion playoff position.
They will host TS Galaxy at Thohoyandou Stadium in their next League match.
