Highlands Park assessing Zimbabwean striker

Absa Premiership outfit Highlands Park are assessing former Harare City and Dynamos striker Kuda Kumwala.

According to the player’s representative Bheki Ndebele, the lanky Zimbabwean started training with the Owen Da Gama coached side on Tuesday.

“I have a boy who played for Harare City and Dynamos, he’s now training with Highlands Park, “reveals Ndebele.

“He’s a former Harare City and Dynamos striker. 25-year-old striker. He was signed from Hartleyvale Academy in Zimbabwe where he scored 12 goals in 10 matches in 2015 and he was snapped by Harare City midway through the season where he scored six goals in the Zim PSL and four in the CAF Champions League.

“Two years later he was signed by Dynamos where he scored six goals, and that year in December was given an offer by Real Kings and contract (was) signed, unfortunately his passport delayed, and Real Kings lost patience.

“He’s a tall skillful and aggressive striker and also he has pace, “added Ndebele.
