In another action packed weekend of football, South Africa’s overseas-based contingent had a mixture of results at their respective leagues.

LIAM JORDAN

Jordan was a second half substitute as FC Helsingor thrashed Jammerbugt 6-0 in the Danish 1st Division.

The result saw Helsingor go top of the log standings after seven games. They have won 6 games and drawn one game so far this season.

LUTHER SINGH

Singh was introduced for the last 10 minutes as FC Copenhagen thrashed Vejle 4-0 in the Danish Superliga on Sunday evening.

LE ROUX, MOON, MATTHEWS & AYER

The quartet was in action for Swedish Allsvenskan side Varbergs BoIS on Saturday evening.

Varbergs continued their form with a 1-0 win against home town rivals Halmstad.

Le Roux played 90 minutes while Ryan Moon lasted 76 minutes up-front.

Keanin Ayer came on in the 84th minute for compatriot Tashreeq Matthews who has established himself as a regular in the starting line-up.

HILDAH MAGAIA

Magaia reached double digits for BK Moron in Sweden.

The striker netted a late equaliser to salvage a point as Moron drew 1-1 against Mallbacken on Sunday afternoon.

LINDA MOTLHALO

Motlhalo played 90 minutes as Djurgaden DFF defeated Vaxjo 1-0 in the Swedish Damallsvenskan on Saturday evening.

REFILOE JANE

AC Milan started the season with a 4-0 victory against Hellas Verona on Sunday afternoon.

Banyana Banyana anchor Jane played 90 minutes in the middle of the park for the Rossoneri.

LARS VELDWIJK

The former Sparta Rotterdam striker played 90 minutes as FC Suwon held Jeonbuk to a 2-2 draw in the Korean K-League on Saturday.

KGAOGELO CHAUKE

Chauke played 90 minutes, but couldn’t help Southampton U23 avoid a 2-1 defeat to Middleborough on Sunday afternoon.

KURT ABRAHAMS

Abrahams came on in the second half and found the back of the net as FC Deinze drew 1-1 against SK Lommel in the Belgian second tier.

LYLE FOSTER

The striker made his KV Westerlo debut on Saturday night.

He was a second half substitute as KV Westerlo won 3-2 against Lierse in the Belgian second tier.
