After a cagey first half, Golden Arrows attacker Nduduzo Sibiya opened the scoring with an additional time strike to give ‘Abafana be’sthende’ a 1-0 lead going into the break.

Four minutes into the second half, midfielder Velemseni Ndwandwe doubled the lead for the visitors who took the game to their hosts in the first 10 minutes of the game.

The two goals were enough for Arrows to claim the bragging rights in the KwaZulu-Natal derby and move up to sixth spot on the table with 11 points from seven games.
