Mamelodi Sundowns beat Baroka 2-0 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday to stretch their lead at the top of the DStv Premiership to three points.

The two teams went to the half time break with the score at 0-0.

But a stunning free kick by Lyle Lakay in the 56th minute gave the visitors a well deserved 1-0 lead.

In-form midfielder Themba Zwane doubled the score in the 90th minute to give the Brazilians their seventh win of the season in 10 matches.

Sundowns now have 24 points, three above second-placed Swallows.

Bakgaga remain eighth with 12 points from 10 matches.
