Baroka and Celtic play to a draw

Baroka and Bloemfontein Celtic played to an entertaining 1-1 draw in the DStv Premiership encounter at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.

Victor Letsoalo opened the scoring for the visitors as early as the 19th minute to take a 1-0 lead at half time.

The second half was no short of drama.

Goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze was given a red card for handling the ball outside of the 18-area box in the 69th minute. But instead of reserve keeper Oscarine Masuluke coming in, Bakgaga were forced to use Gerald Phiri Jr in goals as they had ran out of substitutions.

Baroka found an equaliser through Richard Mbulu with eight minutes remaining.

Siwelele were also reduced to 10-men in the 90th minute after defender Justice Chabalala was given his second yellow of the match.
