Black Leopards blew a two-goal lead against Kaizer Chiefs to settle for a 2-2 draw at FNB Stadium on Wednesday night.
Former Chiefs player Ovidy Karuru netted a brace to hand Lidoda Duvha a deserved lead at the break.
Chiefs, however, fought back in the second half.
Rising star Nkosingiphile Ngcobo scored to give Amakhosi a lifeline, before Khama Billiat netted for the share of the spoils at the 2010 FIFA World Cup final venue.
The draw does little to help the two teams move from the bottom half, but for Leopards this would feel like a defeat considering the two-goal advantage that they let slip against a struggling Chiefs side.
