Leopards stun Chiefs in Thohoyandou

Black Leopards kept their hopes of atleast saving their status through the play-offs alive following a shock 2-1 over Kaizer Chiefs at Thohoyandou Stadium on Wednesday.

Chiefs scored first through Leonardo Castro in the nineth minute of the match.

But a brace by Tiklas Thutlwa, with a goal in each half gave Lidoda Duvha the much needed victory.

Leopards are now three points behind second from bottom Chippa United with two matches remaining.

Chiefs on the other hand are 11, three points behind eighth placed Baroka with after 28 matches.
