Black Leopards midfielder Mogakolodi Ngele was one of the players rumoured to be on their way out of the club during the recently concluded transfer window period due to a lack of game time.
Ngele was one of the marquee signings for Lidoda Dunham in the beginning of the season alongside the likes of Thabo Matlaba and Thuso Phala.
But Ngele struggled to break into the team.
There is, however, a sudden change of fortunes for the 29-year-old who has shown glimpses of his old self in his few last matches and seem to have won the hard-to-please Leopards supporters.
Although the midfielder has only played 7 matches for the club, his last 2 performances against Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch were impressive.
“I am feeling great now and I am starting to find my feet so everything is going well even at training I push hard with some extra training. Every time I play I always make sure that I do my best,” Ngele told FARPost.
Leopards face Bidvest Wits in an Absa premiership match tonight and the Botswana international says their intention is to fight for the maximum points.
“What is more important is to focus on ourselves and our game plan against them so we are ready for them and we are ready to fight for the 3 points,” he said.
The match starts at 19:30 at Bidvest Stadium.
