At the end of this month the Israeli Premier League is getting back to action to finish the remaining games of the season and SA winger Mihlali Mayambela who is on loan at Bnei Yehuda from Portuguese club SC Farense is in a good mood as preparations are underway.
Speaking to FARPost, Mayambela spoke about his readiness for the resumption ” Of course I’m raring to go again,it’s been two months without football and now I’m grateful that we will be able to play again later this month.”
His 6-months-loan at Bnei Yehuda is coming to an end after this season and the talisman from Khayelitsha is clear on his targets ” Firstly I want to finish the season without getting injured again and I want to also try help the club to reach the final because we still have a semi final against one of the big clubs in Israel Hapoel Beer-Sheva so it will be an interesting game. I’m hoping for the best and preparing myself because those guys are also preparing themselves.”
Mayambela has played 5 games in his time in Israel scoring one goal in the process so he will be hoping to improve his numbers and finish on a high. Back in Portugal his parent club which he must later return to has been promoted to the Primeira liga in Portugal.
