Former Orlando Pirates forward Isaac Chansa has been appointed head coach of FAZ/EDEN University National Division One side, City of Lusaka.
Chansa takes over from former Bloemfontein Celtic coach Veselin Jelusic who has left on mutual consent to go and attend to personal matters.
The club announced in a statement that Jelusic has gone to attend matters of an urgent nature.
Yamoto General Manager, Justin Palmer has thanked the Serbian coach for his contribution to the club.
“Coach Vesko’s contribution to the progression of City during his tenure is commendable, he leaves us in a great position. Everyone at Yamoto wishes him all the best going forward,” he said.
Chansa took charge of his first training session on Tuesday ahead of Yamoto’s week 23 match against Zesco Shockers on Saturday.
