Black Leopards coach Lehlohonolo Seema has admitted that the club needs to start winning if they are to stand a chance of survival in the DStv Premiership.
Leopards are currently bottom of the log with just 15 points, six behind second from bottom Chippa United, who also have a game in hand.
Lidoda Duvha will face neighbours Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in a Limpopo derby on Saturday, a match that will have a huge bearing on their future in the elite league.
“Let’s not talk about points anymore, let’s talk about a win because this one for us is a do or die,” Seema told FARPost ahead of the 17:00 match.
“We are not putting pressure on ourselves but everyone is aware at the club that we need to win this game for us to give ourselves hope.
“We know it is going to be difficult, we are playing against the finalists and they have won their last game. Obviously, the confidence is high, we are expecting a very difficult game, but however, you will see that from minute one we will make sure that we suffocate them. We need points and even if we are not playing good football for us a win is what we are looking for,” he said.
“There is 18 points to play for and you collect those 18 points you are home and dry,” added Seema.
