It’s a Dog-eat-dog moment-Larsen

Polokwane City head coach Clinton Larsen has described the last 10 matches of the season as tough and a dog-eat-dog moment.

Four of those matches will be against teams that are also fighting to survive relegation while other four fixtures will be against teams that are chasing for the League title.

‘Rise and Shine’ themselves are nowhere close to being safe on the log but Larsen insists they are not focused on anyone’s result but themselves.

“It’s always difficult when you are playing against someone who is fighting for their lives but yeah at the moment it’s a dog-eat-dog situation,” said Larsen, whose side face AmaZulu at King Park Stadium this afternoon (15:30).

“You know down there you just have to do your bit and not worry about what everyone else is doing and that’s what we got to do. We are not focused on other results but to make sure that we help ourselves in this situation,” he said.
