Owen Da Gama is happy with TS Galaxy’s professionalism and hopes his side will put up a good fight when they face Orlando Pirates in a DStv Premiership clash this afternoon.
Kick off is set for 17:00 at Orlando Stadium.
Da Gama secured his first victory as the Rockets’ head coach last week Wednesday as they strolled past Maritzburg United 3-0 at Harry Gwala Stadium.
The Mpumalanga-based outfit currently sit 13th on the Premier Soccer League (PSL) log standings with 11 points from 12 outings.
The 59-year-old mentor insists that there are no easy opponents in the elite league. Therefore, you cannot undermine or underestimate any team.
“We will take it one match at a time and apply ourselves as best as possible. All teams in the PSL are very good,” says Da Gama.
“Every time, you play a team like Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns and now you can also add Swallows and Lamontville Golden Arrows, these teams are doing well and competing against them takes us to another level.”
The new boys on the block will be gunning for another win when they go head-to-head with the Buccaneers to move up the table.
