Harry Kane has told Tottenham Hotspur again that he wants to leave the club with Man City, Man United and Chelsea interested in him, according to reports.

The England forward has been on fire for Spurs this season. He is enjoying one of his best campaigns to date on a personal level. He has 22 goals and 13 assists from 33 Premier League outings.

This places him as the joint top-scorer in the league alongside Mo Salah.

There has been a lot of talk of late suggesting that Kane may leave Tottenham soon. The 27-year-old has fuelled these rumours by reiterating his desire to win team trophies.

Sky Sports are reporting that the player has told the club that he “wants to leave”. There appears to have been a change in stance from Spurs as they have made enquiries about potential replacements for Kane.

They add that Tottenham do not want to sell him, but the striker wants his future to be finalised before this summer’s European Championships. He would prefer to stay in the Premier League and Man United, Man City and Chelsea have all “been in touch” with his representatives.

Meanwhile, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has suggested that Tottenham need an “ambitious” manager to take over this summer:

“It is a difficult question, it is not one I can answer, or one I want to answer. But Tottenham is an ambitious club and we need an ambitious coach.

“We really want to be [in the Europa League], we really want to be a part of it.

“We don’t only want to be a part of it, we want to win it as well. So it will be fantastic to get into the Europa League and try and win it.”
