Former Bafana Bafana winger Daine Klate has confirmed that he has completed his Irish Football Association UEFA B Diploma coaching qualification.
The 35-year-old recently had a short stint as coach of the Chippa United MultiChoice Diski Challenge (MDC) team.
Klate who officially retired as a professional footballer in July 2019 confirmed the news this week.
“By Learning you are able to teach and by teaching you will be able to learn!!! Another Feather in the Cap!!,” Wrote Klate on his Twitter page.
SuperSport United CEO Stan Matthews recently revealed that their former player would be returning to the club to begin his internship in coaching the PSL resumes.
