The Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture MEC Thandi Moraka has offered her support to 2021 Nedbank Cup finalists Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila ahead of their historic day on Saturday.

TTM becomes only the third club from Limpopo to qualify for a domestic Cup final since the inception of the PSL in 1996, after Black Leopards achieved the same feat in 2011 in the same competition, while Baroka reached and won the final of the Telkom Knockout in 2018.

Vhadau Vha Damani will take on fellow strugglers Chippa United at Free State Stadium in Mangaung.

“I have met with the executive management of Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila. They came and met me here in the office,” Moraka told the media on Thursday.

“The assurance that they gave me was that the Nedbank Cup is coming to Limpopo. That is what I am hoping for and I want to take this opportunity to wish them all the best of luck as they will be going to the final and I hope they will bring the cup back to Limpopo,” she said

“Hopefully they will do just like Baroka because they brought the Telkom Knockout Cup in the Province and we are hoping that indeed TTM is going to make us proud and bring the Nedbank Cup to the Province of Limpopo,” added Moraka.
